Context
An Abidjan metropolitan district inherited responsibility for hundreds of public infrastructure assets — roads, drainage, lighting, public buildings — but had no consolidated view of their condition, maintenance history, or replacement cost.
Our role
Nimba’s technology practice designed and deployed a digital asset registry: a structured database, a field-data-collection workflow on mobile, and a small set of management dashboards. Integration with the district’s GIS layer lets engineers see condition data in spatial context.
Outcomes
- Single registry covering hundreds of public-infrastructure assets
- Mobile workflow for in-field condition surveys and updates
- Dashboards informing maintenance prioritization and budget cycles
What we’d do differently
