Our active engagements are in Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, and Ghana. We have experience with donor-funded programs across the broader West and Central African region and can discuss engagements in adjacent countries case by case.

Both. The majority of our engineering work supports public-sector infrastructure programs funded by development banks (World Bank, AFD, IFAD, USAID, EU). Our finance and governance practice works with both ministries and private entities — including EPC contractors and suppliers — that need to meet donor reporting standards or strengthen internal controls.

English and French. All deliverables can be produced in either language. Our team is bilingual across all three practice areas, which is particularly important for programs that involve both Francophone government counterparts and English-speaking donors.

Engagements are typically structured as time-and-materials retainers for ongoing supervision work, or as fixed-fee deliverables for defined reports, audits, or design reviews. We discuss structure at the scoping stage and are flexible on format to suit the client’s procurement constraints.

We don’t have a formal minimum. Short advisory calls and independent technical reviews for a specific deliverable are as welcome as multi-year program supervision mandates. If you’re unsure whether your need is a fit, use the booking form — we’ll be direct.

Both. Nimba was founded by engineers and finance professionals who grew up in West Africa and built careers in North America before returning their expertise to the region. We maintain active presence in-country and supplement with remote technical support where appropriate.
